July 16 Richard Munoz, 22, of Monroe, was arrested for resisting arrest and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was released on $200 bail pending an Aug. 5 court appearance. A 19-year-old Monroe male was arrested for fourth-degree possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
