Oct. 13 • Ryan Sweatt, 25, of Stevens Place, Chester, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Oct. 27. • Richard Oldham, 34, of Oak Circle, Colonie, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, third-degree assault and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors. He was released on $260 bail pending a court appearance on Nov. 10. Oct. 17 • Darnell J. Payne, 28, of Bethune Boulevard, Spring Valley, was charged with trespassing, a violation. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 18 • John L. Dordal, 53, of Ash Street, Monroe, was charged with failure to register, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 21 • Brian M. Nozkowski, 40, of Pebble Lane, Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a felony, two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail pending a future court appearance.
