Sept. 22 • Jose Toribio, 42, who is homeless, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, theft of services and second-degree criminal trespassing, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Sept. 28 court appearance. • Shaun P. Reilly, 27, of Prospect Road, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a Sept. 28 court appearance. Sept. 27 • A 16-year-old Monroe male was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a Sept. 28 court appearance.
