Monroe Girl Scouts brings cheer and supplies to animal sanctuary

Monroe Junior Girl Scout Troop 202 recently visited Pets Alive Animal Sanctuary in Middletown to drop off supplies. The troop chose the no-kill sanctuary as its Bronze Award community service project. Gathering from the left: “Sabella,” Troop Leader Tanya Woods, Katarina Woods, Shannon Dowd, Nicole Schradin, Prachi Shah, Kendall Fiorianti, Erin Cytryn, Alexis Newman, Christine Scully, Gaby Mirasola and Jaclyn Imhof. Christina Nelson and Jyoti Khanna are also troop members.
