    Matt Rodano of Monroe graduated cum laude from the Univerasity of Rochester, earning a bachelor of science degree in electrical/computer engineering. He has been commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army and is attending Field Artillery School at Fort Sill, Okla., before being posted in Germany. Catherine L. Vey of Monroe, a Fine Arts Major, was named to the Dean's List at the State University of New Paltz for the Spring 2004 semester. She is a 2000 Monroe-Woodbury High School graduate. Thomas Waters of Monroe has been named to the Lehigh University Dean's List for the spring 2004 semester. Angela Church of Monroe, has been named to Syracuse University Dean's List. Church is a sophomore in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications majoring in advertising. Monroe residents Michael Blum, Amy Sosnowski, Loren Alyse Margot and James Christopher Dwyer, have graduated from the University at Albany with bachelor of arts degrees. Michael Murla of Monroe received an associate degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from the College of Culinary Arts at the Providence, R.I. campus of Johnson & Wales University Kelly Seibert of Monroe has received a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass. Kristen M. Gennaro and Kristina M. Hickey of Monroe have been named to the Dean's List at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. John Lenny Jr., a Mechanical Engineering Tech major from Highland Mills, and Brandon Mendelson, Individual Studies from Monroe, have been named to the Alfred State College Dean's List The following local students were among degree recipients of the Class of 2004 at Pace University: Catherine Pilato of Harriman, and Monroe residents Bryan Witko, Frank Giancamilli, Glenn Cella, Gregory Hackett, Jennifer Freely, Jennifer Philllips, Marc Derrico, Nicole Donovan, Sarah Ramos and Patrick Masterson. Emily Marie Green of Central Valley has received a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. Jennifer Baig of Monroe has received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences Lisa M. Devenuto of Central Valley, a 2003 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, completed her first year at Ithaca College's School of Business and was named to the Dean's List. Laura Jean Greaney, daughter of Thomas and Angela Greaney of Monroe has b een named to the Dean's List at State University of New York-College at Cortland. A psychology major, Greaney graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School in 2003. She is a member of Cortland's Honor Program.
