Merry Christmas to all

Monroe Brownie Troop 388 displays the “Merry Christmas” banner they created and which now hangs at Our Father’s Kitchen, the soup kitchen located at Sacred Heart Chapel on Stage Road in Monroe, for the Christmas dinner to be prepared and served tomorrow by Monroe Temple volunteers. The banner includes “Santa hands,” made from the palms of the girls’ hands with red, pink and white paint. The girls also delivered materials which will allow volunteers to package up donated bagels, breads and other food items for soup kitchen patrons to take home on a regular basis.
