Six-year-old Natalie Costa from Monroe donated 11 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. She said she wishes that her hair could help those in need. She received her haircut with the help of Maria D’Agostino, owner of Salon Di Colore on Smith Clove Road in Central Valley. Locks of Love is a nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children who are suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
