Village of Monroe Winter Festival and Tree Lighting is Dec. 9

MONROE — The Village of Monroe will hold a Winter Festival and Tree Lighting event on Sunday, Dec. 9, beginning at 2 p.m.
Santa will be at the gazebo, and activities include hayrides around the pond.
Tree lighting is a 5 p.m.
