Village of Monroe to host Winter Festical this Saturday

MONROE — Mayor James Purcell and the Village Board of Trustees, along with the Activities Committee, want to send season's greetings to you and yours and invite the public to join them for the Winter Festival this Saturday, Dec. 9, from 1 to 5 p.m.
The outdoor festival will be held between the Millponds and will offer arts and crafts, a bonfire, hayrides and a float parade.
