Nineteen Boy Scouts and four leaders from Monroe BSA Troop 440 participated in the camping expedition.
Nineteen Boy Scouts and four leaders from Monroe BSA Troop 440 camped last weekend, Nov. 13 and 14, at Camp Bullowa, the 300-acre camp overseen by the Greater Hudson Valley BSA Council in Rockland County.
The members of Troop 440 had lots of fun as well as having done a 10.5-mile hike in addition to working on advancement requirements.
Despite the severe storms with hail and heavy rain on Saturday afternoon along with cold temperatures overnight, everyone had a great time and are looking forward to the next monthly Troop 440 campout in December.
