The Sacred Heart–St. Patrick Parish Picnic will be held Sunday, Sept. 20, behind the Sacred Heart School building, following the noon Mass.
A sign-up sheet will be available in the back of the church to let organizers know how many people will be attending.
Volunteers also are needed to help us with the following supplies for the picnic:
Cases of bottled water (any brand).
Cases or six packs of canned soda or flavored seltzer.
Cases of individually wrapped snacks.
Paper goods: 10-inch heavy duty plates, paper towels an zip lock bags (all sizes).
Watermelon. Please bring to Sacred Heart School Kitchen, sliced and in disposable aluminum trays on the day of the Picnic.
Please bring the first four items to the Sacred Heart School kitchen on Saturday, Sept. 19 so they can be refrigerated overnight and so the organizers can begin to set up for the picnic.
