MONROE — Pine Tree Elementary School hosted a variation of “America’s Got Talent” on March 14 with their version of “Pine Tree’s Got Talent.”
The show featured more than 40 acts and included students singing, dancing, performing karate and even stand-up comedy. More than 60 fourth and fifth-grade students participated
“Students thoroughly enjoyed the performances, but not as much as the performers enjoyed displaying their talents on stage in front of hundreds of people,” said Pine Tree Principal Bryan Giudice. “Several students wrote their own lyrics, like Julia Wilkinson, who proudly sang about all the great opportunities Pine Tree has to offer.”
The show was co-directed by Robin White and Jodi Fischbein who expressed their gratitude to the Pine Tree staff and parents who assisted with the performance.
