NY to peddle cars on e-Bay

ALBANY, N.Y. New York state government will soon peddle online 500 surplus cars, computers, and oddities like a 40-year-old radio tower and a $180,000 mobile command vehicle that gets about 3 miles to the gallon.
The NYSStore platform through the e-Bay online auction website will hawk furniture, cell phones, cameras, generators, tools and more in a stepped-up attic cleaning.
The sales starts in April and the inventory will be updated regularly.
Cars, most of them with high mileage, will be sold as is." They will be viewed at the state's Harriman State Office Campus in Albany.
