MW musicians to perform spring concerts throughout May

As the flowers begin to bloom and trees fill with leaves, the students at the Monroe-Woodbury school district will be putting on a variety of concerts and musical performances. For anyone looking to support these musically inclines students, mark your calendars for the following dates:

- Monday, May 6 at 7 p.m.: Middle school grades 7/8 Green & Yellow Band, Orchestra, Chorus, Symphonic Band

- Tuesday, May 7 at 7 p.m.: Middle school wind ensemble, chamber orchestra/chorus

- Monday, May 13 at 7 p.m.: Middle school grade 6 Green & Yellow Band, orchestra, chorus

- Tuesday, May 14 at 7 p.m.: Middle school grade 6 Blue & Red Band, orchestra, chorus

- Wednesday, May 15 at 7 p.m.: Central Valley Elementary, North Main (at the middle school), Pine Tree (at the high school) grade 5 concerts

- Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m.: Central Valley Elementary, North Main (at the middle school), Pine Tree (at the high school) grade 3 concerts

- Wednesday, May 29 at 7 p.m.: High school symphonic band and orchestra, concert and treble chorus

- Thursday, May 30 at 7 p.m.: High school freshman chorus, concert band, concert orchestra

- Tuesday, June 4 at 7 p.m.: Central Valley Elementary, North Main (at the middle school), Pine Tree (at the high school) grade 4 concerts
