Robert (Bob) Mahran’s 90th Birthday Celebration was a blast, thanks in part to the Monroe Ambulance Corps, Monroe Joint Fire Department, and First Presbyterian Church of Monroe who joined in a pop-up parade up Cromwell Hill Road on Thursday, Oct. 22.
Mahran was also presented with two citations from the County Executive, including 70 years of service to the Red Cross and 48 years with the Monroe Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
