M-W School Board approves $150M budget Spending plan will increase taxes by less than one percent

By Bob Quinn CENTRAL VALLEY The Monroe-Woodbury School Board approved a $150 million spending plan for the 2012-13 school year that will increase the tax levy by .89 percent, which school officials described as the lowest increase in the districts history.
