Indoor farmer’s markets keep it fresh

GOSHEN — It may still be chilly outside, but local fruits, vegetables and specialty products are still available inside the barns of Orange County’s farms.

These indoor farmer’s markets offer hardy vegetables and fruits, as well as other specialty items like New York maple syrup, jams and jellies, cider and baked goods. Some also host farm-to-table events.

Orange County indoor farmer’s markets include:

Pennings Farm Market: 161 State Route 94 South, Warwick.

Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Produce, baked goods, meats.
