For Nov. 14 in Tuxedo

Selection process
As Greenwood Lake parents and students consider the options of attending the Chester Academy, the Warwick Valley High School or the George F. Baker High School, officials at all three schools are in the midst of making presentations to students.
Additionally, students are making trips to all the schools for tours and to meet the faculty.
Open houses are also being scheduled for students and parents.
Students must make their high school selection and advise officials by Dec. 31.
“December is a huge deadline for us and for Warwick and Chester,” said District Superintendent Carol Lomascolo. “I’m confident most of Greenwood Lake will come to us and they should come to us with confidence that this is the same program they have valued over the years.”
