Feb. 16 A 19-year-old male from the Bronx was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a March 15 court appearance.

Feb. 19 Janice C. Toyloy, 54, of Harriman, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on March 5.

Andre T. Waterman, 24, of Warwick, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a March 15 court appearance

Three youths from Newburgh, ages 16, 17 and 18, where charged with trespassing, a violation. They were released on $80 bail each, pending a March 16 court appearance.
