CENTRAL VALLEY — A record number of Monroe-Woodbury music students will represent the district at Area-All State, All-State and All-Eastern Honors Ensembles.

Over the weekend of Nov. 16-17, these student musicians performed at the high school with 350 other students from Greene, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties.

These students will spend three days rehearsing with one of the four conductors during the Eastern Division Conference of The National Association for Music Education to be held in Hartford, Conn., in preparation for performances on April 7.
