Harriman Police June 27 Kevin Farrell, 21, of Cornwall, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was arrested again later in the day for the same offense. He was released on $114 bail pending a court appearance on July 21. July 2 Kevin O'Connell, 23, of Greenwood Lake, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on July 21. July 4 William Bennett, 60, of Tuxedo, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while suspended, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on July 21. July 9 A 19-year-old Monroe female was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a July 21 court appearance. Monroe Police July 14 Michael Mackey, 34, of Chester, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and driving with ability impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was turned over to the Sheriff's Office. A 17-year-old Monroe male was arrested for fourth-degree conspiracy, second-degree assault, and two counts of second-degree robbery, felonies. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending a future court date. July 15 Charles Dolson, 47, of Goshen, was arrested for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a July 20 court appearance. Joel Brief, 23, of Monroe, was arrested for aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Aug. 3.
