Goshen — LAM Lighting and Design will host a Special Designer Workshop at the Goshen showroom on Sunday, Nov. 21, from 2 to 3 p.m. Marina Case Alario, principal designer of The Red Shutters, a national interior design firm, will lead this free decorating workshop. Participants will learn about four iconic styles of interior design — Traditional, Modern, Tribal and Fun — and how to blend each style to create an interior that captures, both physically and emotionally, an individual’s identity. To commemorate the event, customers will receive 18 percent off merchandise from Friday, Nov. 19 through Sunday, Nov. 21. “We have a huge selection of lighting and home accents that will make your home shine for the holidays,” said Ellen Villamil, owner of LAM Lighting and Design. The lighting showroom is located on Route 17M between Goshen and Middletown. For more information call Sue Mastromatteo at 294-5469 or email her at Visit the Lam Lighting And Design Web site at
