The Woodbury Fire Department's annual Independence Day celebration, 8 a.m. flag ceremony in front of the Highland Mills Firehouse. Parade starts at 10:10 a.m. on Bond St. in Central Valley and heads north on Route 32. Fireworks will be held at dusk at the athletic fields behind Monroe-Woodbury High School.
