Jessica's locks

Jessica Fusco, a junior at Washingtonville high school, donated 11 inches of her hair to the Locks of Love program at the end of October. The 16-year-old grew her hair out for four years, and had it cut by Anne Bachiel at The Best Little Hair House in Monroe.
