Isla's locks

Isla Powell, a student at Central Vally Elementary, recently donated 10 inches of her hair to the Locks of Love program. The seven-year-old from Highland Mills wanted to make the donation in memory of her mother's best friend, who had died of cancer at the age of 24. Marla Sheehan was Isla's stylist at The Mane Room in Central Valley.
