Highland Mills man charged with having stolen DVDs

Middletown - The owner of Sound Trax II store on Dolson Avenue has been charged with having more than $3,000 worth of stolen DVDs and CDs. Richard F. Florio, 43, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. State Police at Middletown and Middletown City Police used search warrants at the store, where they recovered a quantity of DVDs and CDs, according to a press release from State Police. Florio was processed at State Police headquarters in Middletown and arraigned in Middletown City Court, where he posted $5,000 bail.
