June 22 Richard E. Kitrick, 44, of Sloatsburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in court on July 17. Monroe Village Police June 15 Scott Hock, 20, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on $1,000 bail pending a July 2 court appearance. Maurice Pryce, 22, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and false personation, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. June 17 Gregor Sepniak, 47, who is homeless, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. Adam Chowanski, 58, who is homeless, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on $250 bail pending a June 2 village court appearance. There was also an outstanding warrant for Chowanski from the town of Monroe for a previous charge of obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in town court on June 25 to answer those charges. June 18 Patrick Kelly, 60, of Southfields, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct and harassment, violations. He was released on $15,000 bail. June 19 Frank Ford, 30, of Binghamton, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief. He was sent to Orange County Jail pending extradition to Binghamton. June 20 Jozef Rodziewicz, 49, who is homeless, was charged with an open-container violation. He was released. June 21 Justin Herbin, 20, of Whitetail Run Road, Chester, was charged with an open container of alcohol violation. He was released Joseph Tinger, 23, of Highland Mills, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released. June 21 Omar Taylor, 21, of Round Lake Avenue, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, resisting arrest and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a July 2 court appearance. Michael Beams, 25, of North Main Street, Monroe, Christopher Durfee, 23, of Harriman and Raymond Nester, 22, of Monroe were charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks and second-degree harassment, violations. They were released pending a July 2 court appearance. Woodbury Town Police June 24 Robert Pesce, 21, of Monroe, was charged with possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Julio Reyes, 21, of Paterson, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on $200 bail. June 28 Rubens Millien, 23, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. Tuxedo Town Police June 26 Joseph Squillantte, 44, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a July 8 court appearance. Scott DePhillips, 33, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a July 24 court appearance. Mary Tietz, 34, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and was released for a July 24 court appearance. June 28 Jesse Meli, 29, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a July 31 court appearance. June 30 Alexander Owimrin, 29, Hillsdale, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a July 31 court appearance. July 1 Scott Jenkins, 31, Tuxedo, was arrested on a bench warrant from Ramapo Court and was released to the Ramapo Police Department for processing. Maria Smith, 48, Monroe, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and was released for a July 31 court appearance. State Police at Monroe June 20 Amalia Giusto, 23, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of 8 or more, misdemeanors, and released to a third party. June 21 Heather J. Vreeland, 38, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of 8 or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party. June 22 Timothy P. Decker, 39, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released. June 23 Bryan K. Lewis, 20, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. William Edwards, 49, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. A 17-year-old Harriman female was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party. June 24 Sylvia Gonzalez, 41, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree offer to file a false instrument, a felony. She was issued an appearance ticket. June 26 Juan Obispo, 20, of Brooklyn, was charged with forcible touching and acting in a manner to injure a child under 17, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail. June 27 John L. Kronfeld, 31, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
