Oct. 27 Johnny Sanchez, 25, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $150 bail pending a Nov. 17 court appearance. Oct. 31 Ashley A. Donnolly, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Nov. 17 court appearance. Robert L. Mahoney, 56, of Ocklawaha, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Nov. 17. Nov. 3 Nicole A. Rivera, 40, of Harriman, was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on Nov. 17. An 18-year-old male from Harriman was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and $3,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
