    March 6 • Whitney Surin, 28, of Oxford Lane, Harriman, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. March 7 • Jeffrey Garnett, 33, of Harriman Woods Drive, Harriman, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. He was released pending a March 15 court appearance. Monroe Village Police March 3 • John Ginty, 26, of Virginia Avenue, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more, misdemeanors, and leaving the scene of an accident, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. March 4 • Elsa Luzong, 50, of Barnett Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. She was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a future court appearance. March 5 • An 18-year-old Greenwood Lake male was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance criminal possession of a forged instrument, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Kharisma Nelson, 23, of Beacon, was charged with multiple counts of first-degree identity theft, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies, unlawful possession of personal identification information and criminal impersonation, misdemeanors. She was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail pending a future court appearance. March 6 • Kristen Green, 32, of Ross Court, Central Valley, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. March 8 • Michael Iannone, 21, of Route 208, Washingtonville, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. • A 19-year-old Chester male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. March 9 • A 19-year-old male from Harriman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $100 bail. Woodbury Town Police March 4 • Yleny M. Castro, 23, of Ossining, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, after she slapped an employee at the Children’s Place store in Woodbury Common. She was released pending a future court appearance. March 5 • Hwa Ok Choi, 49, of Flushing, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with the theft of $240 worth of merchandise from the Neiman Marcus store at Woodbury Common. She was released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance. March 6 • Kevin Ahearn, 30, of Garnerville, was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Two individuals were charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and one subject was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. They were released pending future court appearances. Tuxedo Town Police March 6 • Matthew Oliver, 38, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released for an April 10 court appearance. March 7 • Jodi Rost, 37, of Reception Road, Tuxedo, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. She was released on $200 bail for a March 29 court appearance. March 8 • Declan Odaly, 20, of Jersey Avenue, Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to surrender license, both misdemeanors. He was released for a March 29 court appearance. • Victor Ramirez, 44, of Spring Valley, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released on $200 bail for an April 3 court appearance. March 10 • Piotr Paluchowski, 22, of Highland Mills; Arthur Dally, 50, of Goshen NY; Paul Byrnes, 19, of Highland Mills; Jessica Parker, 20, of Southfields; and Corine Fox, 20, of Monroe, were charged with trespass, a violation.
