    April 10 • Alfredo Perez, 31, of Lexington Hills, Harriman, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending an April 17 court appearance. April 12 • Kalyn Kosowicz, 25, of Monroe Street, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on May 15. April 15 • C. Jean-Baptiste, 51, of Woodland Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an appearance in village court on May 15. April 17 • Rony Desir, 22, of Oxford Lane, Harriman, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in village court on May 15. Monroe Village Police April 8 • Robert Lally, 62, of Dorothy Drive, Monroe, was charged with two counts of forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. April 9 • Patrick Kelly, 60, of Southfields, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, resisting arrest, third-degree assault, misdemeanors, harassment and disorderly conduct, violations. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. April 11 • Adonas Antonick, 23, of Waldwick, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and public urination, violations. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. • Zaza Liparteliani, 29, of Irene Drive, Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. • Tamer Naga, 31, of Frank Court, Monroe, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. • Scott W. Jurgenson, 37, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending an appearance in village court. • Gary A. Buchanan, 49, of Mid Oaks Drive, Monroe, was charged with probation violation. She was released on $100 bail pending a future appearance in village court. April 13 • Andrew Sumahit, 22, of Newburgh, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment, violations. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. April 16 • Steven Kramer, 44, of Rosemont Road, Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Woodbury Town Police April 14 • Jermaine Linton, 27, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. April 15 • Orondel Bettencourt, 29, of South Amboy, N.J., was arrested on a local warrant. He was arraigned, pled guilty and released after paying a fine. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Three subjects were charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and one individual was charged with driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. They were released pending future court appearances.
