Monroe Village Police Dec. 27 An 18-year-old female from Ridgewood, N.J., was charged with underage consumption and possession of alcohol, violations. She was released pending a Jan. 11 court appearance. • An 18-year-old Blooming Grove female was charged with underage consumption and possession of alcohol, violations. She was released to appear in town court on Jan. 9. Dec. 28 • Christine Maher, 38, of Golly Hill Road, Cuddebackville, was charged with petty larceny, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and violation of probation. She was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department. Dec. 29 • Robert Kloda, 21, of Boynton Beach, Fla., was charged with an open-container violation. He was released pending a Jan. 25 court appearance. • Walter Mitzner, 49, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was remanded to Orange Count Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Jan. 2 court appearance. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Jan. 4 court appearance. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail. • Bekim Cosovic, 24, of Schunnemunk Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony. Jan. 3 • Richard Avino, 31 of Eagle Valley Road, Tuxedo, was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for a Feb. 22 court appearance. Jan. 4 • Sung-Soo Park, 62, of Leonia, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $150 bail for a Feb. 22 court appearance. • Kenneth Kupchik, 31, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and was released on $60 bail for a Feb. 13 court appearance. Chester Town Police Dec. 31 • Gregory M. Seth, 47, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Chester Town Court on Feb. 5. Jan. 2 • Kiean Asevedo, 20, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Chester Town Court on Feb. 5. Jan. 4 • Steven M. Maliani, 23, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in Chester Town Court on Jan. 8.
