Nov. 27 John A. Keleman, 31, of Harriman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 15. Linda L. Popper, 24, of Harriman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Dec. 15 court appearance. James P. Berra Jr. , of Hempstead, N.C., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance on Dec. 15.
