Sept. 25 Lorraine Gannon, 39, of Jackson Heights, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Oct. 20. A 19-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with aggravated harassment and violation of probation criminal contempt, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Oct. 20. Clay Goodwin, 38, of Highland Mills, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an Oct. 20 court appearance.
