Dec. 13 Mark D. Sapp, 49, of Fortville, Ind., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 19. Dec. 18 Lawrence Vazquez, 22, of Cornwall, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 5.
