Sept. 3 Nicole M. Callahan, 24, of Wallkill, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Sept. 19. Bajram Brahimi, 59, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and falsely reporting an incident, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a Sept. 19 court appearance. Sept. 4 Scott A. Osetek, 42, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Sept. 16 court appearance.
