Feb. 16 Blake S. Manning, 20, of Port Richie, Fla., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending an appearance in village court on Feb. 21. Feb. 17 Jennifer L. Murphy, 20, of North Main St., Harriman, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on March 20. Tyrone E. Green, 28, of New Windsor, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on March 20. Feb. 18 Catrina A. Fiorianti, 35, of Lexington Hills, Harriman, was charged with harassment, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on March 20. Feb. 21 Anthony J. Logiudice, 27, of Highland Avenue, Cornwall, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on March 20. Monroe Village Police Feb. 14 Vince D. Brooks, 37, of Wood Hill Drive, Goshen, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. Feb. 15 Elizabeth Applebaum, 47, of Stage Road, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of 8 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released pending a future appearance in village court. Feb. 18 William Bordinaro, 30, of Pine Bush, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree coercion, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. Feb. 19 Vincent Cotona, 44, of New York City, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. Michael Rozzi, 26, of Laurel Court, Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree coercion, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future appearance in village court. Feb. 22 Nicholas Goodwin, 33, of Angel Road, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail pending a March 19 appearance in village court. Tuxedo Town Police Feb. 20 Heather MacMahon, 38, of Stonewall Road, Monroe, was charged with suspended license and registration, both misdemeanors, and was released for a March 27 court appearance. Feb. 21 Peter Richards, 51, of Fawn Hill Road, Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was released for a March 4 court appearance. Harry Miller, 48, of Oceanside, was charged with trespass, a violation, and was released for a March 27 court appearance. Feb. 22 James Popper, 19, of Highland Mills, was charged with suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a March 4 court appearance. Feb. 25 Rafael Reyes, 19, of Lake Region Boulevard, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a March 27 court appearance Yitschak Goldstein, 35, of Monsey, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a March 27 court appearance. Scott Jenkins, 30, of Eagle Valley Road, Tuxedo, was arrested on a Rockland County warrant for failure to pay child support and was released to the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. Woodbury Town Police Feb. 20 A 17-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. A 17-year-old Chester male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 21 Victor Burns, 21, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Brenda Moore, 20, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Feb. 23 Mark A. Lugo, 27, of Hoboken, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Nine subjects were charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, six individuals were charged with driving with suspended registrations and six with unlicensed operation, all misdemeanors. They were released pending future court appearances. Town of Chester Feb. 26 Town of Chester Police arrested three persons early Tuesday morning on a variety of charges following a traffic stop on Route 94 in the Town of Chester. Officer Christopher Blessington and Sgt. Richard Eckert responded to a report of a reckless driver on Route 94. Blessington, who was in the area at the time, stopped the vehicle on in the area of Glenmere Road. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Lisa Mongelli, 34, of Monroe, and two passengers, David Dimino, 44, of Monroe, and Jeffrey Sottile, 29, of Middletown. Mongelli was charged with tampering with evidence, a felony, and the misdemeanors of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of controlled substances not in original containers. She was also charged with several vehicle and traffic violations. Dimino was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to surrender suspended items, both misdemeanors. Sottile was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. All three defendants were arraigned in Chester Town Court and released on their own recognizance pending a return appearance in court on March 3.
