Aug. 27 James Pedicini, 21, of Harriman, was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and criminal possession of a weapon, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Sept. 1 Daryl Baker, 29, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance pending a Sept. 15 court appearance.
