Sept. 5 Natasha Zanders, 29, of Newburgh, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Sept. 15. Sept. 6 Johnny Sanchez, 25, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Sept. 15 court appearance. Sept. 9 Scott Scheels, 39, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant from the Ramapo Police Department.
