Dec. 3 Patricia A. Nonnon, 56, of the Bronx, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Dec. 15. A 19-year-old male from Bloomingburg was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released pending a Dec. 15 court appearance. Steven A. Seecharran, 22, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 15. Joseph M. Carlin, 21, of Harriman, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Dec. 15 court appearance. Dec. 4 Michael J. Bayo, 24, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 15. Dec. 5 Matthew C. Bauman, 21, of Harriman, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree harassment, a violation, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Jan. 19 court appearance. Paul J. Musone, 31, of Wallkill, was arrested on a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Jan. 19 court appearance.
