Dec. 21 • Andrew J. Schlagler, 34, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant charging him with third-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, both misdemeanors, and trespassing, a violation. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 18. Dec. 23 • Nicholas Paschenko, 54, of McBee Court, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender a suspended license, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 18. Dec. 25 • James B. McMahon, 41, of Main Street, Goshen, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an appearance in village court on Jan. 18. Dec. 27 • Rawle Thornhill, 34, of Georgia, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Jan. 18.
