Jan. 12 Juan J. Zayas, 25, of Livingston Manor, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on Jan. 18. Jan. 13 A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on Jan. 18. Jan. 21 Marsha L. Blum, 50, of Summit Avenue, Harriman, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. She was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a Feb. 15 court appearance.
