Jan. 5 • A 14-year-old male from Harriman was arrested for disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released to his mother. Jan. 9 • Gregory T. DeCarlo, 44, of Melody Lane, Harriman, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, a violation, and driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Town of Cornwall Police. • Stephen J. Spade, 23, of Higgins Trail, Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a Jan. 19 court appearance. Monroe Police Jan. 10 • Francine Miraglia, 60, of Woodland Circle South, Monroe, was charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in Town Court on Jan. 18. Jan. 12 • Edward Kelly, 45, of the James Motel, Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance.
