Nov. 18 • Joseph E. Cavelius, 22, of Dupont Avenue, Newburgh, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Nov. 21. Nov. 20 • A 19-year-old Chester male was charged with altering a New York State driver’s license, a misdemeanor, and other vehicle and traffic violations. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21. • Christopher M. McCabe, 25, of Melody Lane South, Harriman, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, and other vehicle and traffic violations. He was released pending a Dec. 21 court appearance. • A 19-year-old Harriman male was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and other vehicle and traffic violations. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21.
