Dec. 7 • Won S. Lee, 64, of Clifton, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Dec. 21. Dec. 9 • An 18 year-old Warwick male was charged with possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21. Dec. 14 • Donna M. Mellan, 43, of Whispering Hills, Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21.
