May 6 Michael Buley, 33, of Otisville, was arrested for obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor.  He was released to appear in Village Court on May 19. John A. Taylor, 21, of West Haverstraw, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.  He was released to appear in Village Court on May 19.   May 10 Candace M. O'Malley, 23, of Danbury, Conn., was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.  She was released to appear in Village Court on May 19. Monroe Police   May 1 Brian J. Motyka, 23, of Monroe, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08, and unlawful possession of marijuana.  He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail pending a future court appearance. May 4 Alexander A. Centro, 20, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor.  He was turned over to Blooming Grove Police. May 5 Charles C. Dolson, 47, of Goshen, was arrested for second-degree assault, a felony; resisting arrest, a misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a violation.  He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail pending a May 18 court appearance.   May 10 David Moroney, 22, of Chester, was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated.  He was released pending a future court appearance.   May 13 Kevin J. Keenan, 34, was arrested for second-degree assault, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.  He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance.
