Sept. 3 • Ronald A. Giraud, 42, of Melody Lane, Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail, pending a Sept. 21 court appearance. Monroe Police Sept. 4 • An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending an appearance in Town Court. • Stefan Dombi, 52, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more, misdemeanors, leaving the scene of an accident and having an open container in a motor vehicle, violations. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a Sept. 7 court appearance. Sept. 5 • Christopher K. Maher, 24, of Stony Ford Road, Goshen, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Sept. 20. Sept. 6 • David Hibben, 29, of Route 17M, Monroe, was charged with an open container violation. He was released pending a Sept. 29 court appearance. Sept. 7 • Shota Arsenidze, 56, of Birmingham, Michigan, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and four counts of a seat-belt violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Sept. 22.
