Oct. 10 • Alexander G. Kelso, 27, of Route 17, Southfields, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in Village Court on Oct. 19. Oct. 16 • Christopher B. Rosalak, 33, of Giovanni Court, Monroe, was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and speeding, a violation. He was released to appear in Village Court on Oct. 19. Oct. 19 • Charles E. Dillon, 46, of Harriman Woods Drive, Harriman, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a Nov. 16 court appearance.
