December 15 Cyril Geoghegan, 45, of Hillside Ave., Tuxedo, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. More charges are pending. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending an appearance in village court on Dec. 21. Thomas Brunton, 39, of Sunnyside, N.Y., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21.
