March 21 • Michael Marquez, 20, of Belmont Avenue, Belleville, N.J., was charged with peddling without a license, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on April 19. • Wanda Gruber, 28, of Patterson Avenue, East Rutherford, N.J., was charged with peddling without a license, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on April 19.
