Nov. 12 John M. Shorter, 36, of Still Road, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village court on Nov. 16. Nov. 13 James Valedon, 43, of Orange Avenue, Suffern, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a Dec. 21 court appearance. Nov. 15 Maria V. Jimenez, 24, of Route 17M, Monroe, was charged with possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in Village Court on Dec. 21.
